Its no longer a secret that all is not well at Stamford Bridge. The London dwellers, Chelsea FC under Italian tactician Maurizio Sarii has a lot to chew on his plate if there has to be a change of what is happening. For the past 8 matches, the 2016/2017 EPL champions have posted inconsistent results that has put question marks on the capability of Sarii steering The Blues to the log summit.
Football commentators,Media analysts and pundits have started throwing speculations on the future of former Napoli manager to manage Chelsea. This is in consideration that the clubs owner Roman Abramovich is known to be impatient to none performers. "History tells us the Chelsea owner doesn’t mess about ..." says Chris Sutton Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live. Sarii's predecessor Antonio Conte was fired after 2 years spell at the club despite having helped the club win the 2016 English Premier League trophy and the last season FA Cup.

"It's worrying times for Chelsea. They've got important matches coming up and they need to pick themselves up. Without the ball they showed no reaction, no hunger to get the ball back. It's all nice with the ball, but they didn't create" said Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink
Former Chelsea striker on BBC One. Indeed its a tough a worrying moment for any Chelsea fan. Every day its a gamble if the team is going to loose or win. League match loss to Bournemouth and Manchester City with a total of 10 goals is a worrying statistics for a club of Chelsea caliber.
Conte was sacked after having fallen out with some of the players. This was evident with the transfer of Diego Costa. Chelsea finished out of top during the said season hence missing a slot in the UEFA CL games. Sarri appointment was meant to steer the club back to Champions League games. To the contrary, the club is walloping at 6th position with 50 points after 26 games. Sarri brought in new tactics christianed "Sarri-Ball" This has improved the beauty of the game played by the club but with no goals, results remain to be poor as no points are achieved.
To suppliment his tactics, he acquired the sgnature of Jorge Luiz Frello Filho best known as Jorgihno from Napoli where they had worked together.

Sarii went ahead to seek the services of Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuin in the just concluded winter transfer after having seen Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud fail to impress in front of the goal.
This clearly shows Sarii has received the much needed support to perform at Chelsea. Having been dumped out FA Cup Finals by Manchester United in the 5th round, it remains to be seen if he will put his house in order and winning the coming Carabao Cup final against Manchester City on 24th February.
Chelsea still has opportunity of excelling in the Europa League games as well as a chance to finish among the top 4 in the EPL log if they change their attitude and way of reaction in a match they find themselves behind first. "It has been a tough night because we didn't convert our game into chances. We are disappointed, we are eliminated, we are the holders" said Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta.
The cracks being witnessed at Stamford Bridge need to be mended before the whole bridge comes down. And in an event they aren't, someone will have be relieved his duties for betterment of the club. "Off tonight's performance something has to change. And if Sarri is reluctant to change the personnel or tactics, or maybe put some young players in, you have to say the owner will look at this and say where can we go from here?
Sarri has got some serious thinking to do. The team are not responding to anything he does."
